Christmas in Apple Ridge by Cindy Woodsmall

I really anticipated getting this book and was not disappointed.  It contains three great stories that deal with looking at things with a different perspective and not letting previous disappointments continue to affect the decisions of the rest of your life.  I have read several books by this author and can't wait to read more of her Amish fiction. A Wreath of Snow by Liz Curtis Higgs

A great read.  I was able to finish this book in about an hour and was read to see what would happen.  Meg is not on the greatest terms with her family and she leaves to go back to her house on Christmas Eve, but the train gets stuck in snow and she has to go back home.  She is accompanied home by someone that she met long ago and wonders how her family will treat him.  Good read about forgiveness and bitterness.
