A Heart's Rebellion by Ruth Axtell

I enjoyed reading this book and first of all learning about some of the ways of life during this time period.  Jessamine doesn't want to follow traditions and goes against what she knows is true and right.  I liked seeing how she worked through things to really follow her heart and sort out what she really wanted.  She also has to work through proving why she chooses who she wants and not make it seem like she is choosing for the wrong reasons.  This comes from not being true in the first place.

I received this book free to review.
