Indelible takes place in Redford, Colorado in the same town as her book Indivisible and shares some of the same characters including the sheriff Jonah Westfall, his newly pregnant wife Tia, and her best friend Piper. Strange goings on are still occurring in town and high county outfitter Trevor MacDaniel rescued a toddler from a mountain lion and his life is forever changed. Trevor begins receiving information about more children in danger and his life and the toddler's aunt, Natalie intertwine to deal with this information.
"I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review"
This is the third book in the series, but the first one that I have read. I really enjoyed the writing and the characters were enjoyable. I enjoyed their enthusiasm is getting a chance to go to the ball (who doesn't like dressing up). and of course a murder occurs. The coven works together to find out who is responsible and I enjoyed seeing the way they thought things out to solve the mystery. An enjoyable book that I would highly recommend.
This journal is a mix of scripture, prayers, quotes and places to color and draw to take you through your prayers and reflections. The topics of thankfulness, stress, and how to be patient give you the guidance you need to take you through your quiet time. There is much space to color and write down your thoughts after your quiet time.
I took a while after getting this book to review it as I did not want to rush through the many different opportunities throughout the book. Each day gave you a new set of thoughts and quotes that seemed to often match what was needed for that day. I really enjoyed what I have seen so far and look forward to the rest of the journal
I received a copy of this book to read and review from the publisher.
I have enjoyed reading this series and since I have been studying about WW2 in school, I enjoyed it all the more. I have liked being about to tie what I have learned in history class with what is in the book because even though it is fiction, it was well researched and gave me a different view on things. I also enjoyed seeing how the characters interacted even though it was a change of pace for both of them.
I received a copy of the book from the publisher, but the review is entirely mine.
