Love Unexpected by Jody Hedlund

Emma is just trying to make the best of a bad situation when she agrees to marry Patrick the lighthouse keeper.  She finds herself enchanted with his son and believes that she can make the best of it as a lighthouse keeper's wife, especially if she can ease into it.  Her brother is furious when he finds out what she has done, but she trusts that she has made the right decision.
I liked how Emma learns to stand and make it for herself.  She was able to take what could have been a bad situation and make it work for the best.  I liked her courage and enjoy learning about lighthouses.

I received this book free from the publisher to review.
